Fix Event Overlaps
The user will have the ability to locate and correct the overlaps by following these steps:
- Fill both filters (Event and Route Types) to find gaps within the specified parameters.
- Click the “Find Overlaps” button to the right of the filters. The table on the lower half of the interface will then update to reflect the overlaps found in the event data.
- Click the “Edit Source” link on the desired row to resolve overlaps. This will open the source event data for the selected segment.
- Edit the source by clicking into a cell. A picklist or textbox will appear relative to the column which will grant the user editing capabilities. Delete segments by checking the checkbox in the first column of the table, then click the “Delete Selected Rows” link.
- After resolving the overlaps, click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the interface to update the source data.
