Standard Reports

This is a tool that is located on the Reports section of the Reports tab.

Function

The Standard Reports interface () provides a list of preconfigured reports that the user can open in a PDF or Excel format.

This interface hosts the Data Table dropdown control, alongside these controls:

Control	Used To...
Select the Report List	Select the specific report type the user wants to run.
Project Completion Date Range	Specify a date range for project completion; optional.
Open as PDF Button	Open the report in a pop-up PDF format.
Open in Excel Button	Download the report in an Excel format.

In order to generate a standard report, the user can follow these steps:

Select a report type from the given list.
Fill the Project Completion Data Range manually (textbox) or through calendar selection if desired.
Select either the Open as PDF or Open in Excel button to generate the chosen report.
