After downloading the application, the user can click the icon to open the app. Then, the user will be met with this screen:
In order to view any of the ALDOT Inventory data, the user must sign in on the "Cloud" tab. Once the Sign In button is clicked, the user will be redirected to this screen:
The user will be met with two sign-in options. The first option, ArcGIS Online, should be selected. The resulting sign-in screen will look like this:
The user will be presented with two more sign-in options. The second option, Your ArcGIS organization's URL, should be selected. Then, the user can input the correct URL-- pmgpro-- and click the "Remember this URL" checkbox for smoother sign-ins.
Once the "Continue" button is selected, the user will be redirected to a familiar screen which will prompt users to sign-in using their username and password for PMG applications. The user can click the PMG button to get to the login screen.
After the user signs in, their screen will look similar to the default application screen. However, their successful login will be confirmed by the user icon in the top left corner, shown as the user's first and last initials encased in a circle.
On the "Cloud" tab, the user should select the "Shared" internal tab. The ALDOT Inventory application will be viewable here. The application will be entitled, "Inventory Manager Mobile (Dev)." In order to use this shared application, the user must download it by clicking the icon beside the title/name. Once it is downloaded, the user can double click on the box to officially open the application.
