After downloading the application, the user can open the application to utilize its unique functionality. To open the mobile application, follow these steps:

1. Click the application icon ().
2. Click the "Sign In" button on the Cloud tab (default screen).
3. Click the "Sign In" button on the ArcGIS Online box.
4. Click the down arrow beside the "Your ArcGIS organization's URL" sign-in option.
5. Enter "pmgpro" in the textbox, check the "Remember this URL" checkbox, and click "Continue."
6. Click the PMG button to be redirected to the sign-in fields.
7. Enter your PMG username and password and select "Sign In."
8. Click the "Shared" internal tab on the "Cloud" tab.
9. Download the application by clicking the icon on the "Inventory Manager Mobile (Dev)" box.
10. Double click on the box to officially open the application.
