The Load Search button is located on the right corner of the Main Menu for users who are logged in. Guest users will not be able to save or load searches.
Function
The Load Search button is used to delete or load previously saved searches and reports.
Sort
The Load Search window will be sorted by Updated Date descending by default, but the sorting type and direction can be changed by clicking on a table header (Search Name, Search Owner, or Updated On). Once the desired header is clicked, an arrow will appear to show the direction of the sort. An up arrow indicates ascending order, while a down arrow indicates descending order.
Filter
The Load Search window results can be filtered through the "Filter..." link. When this link is selected, a pop-up will appear on the user's screen to present three filter fields: Search Name, Search Owner, and Updated On. Multiple filter fields can be filled in this pop-up if desired. Once the desired fields are filled, the "Filter" button can be clicked to show the corresponding results in the table.
Delete/Load
To delete a search, the user can click on a table row, then click the "Delete Selected Search" button. To load a search, the user can click on a table row, then click the "Load Selected Search" button; this will open a filled search box on the right side of the screen.
