The Axle Factor interface () allows the user to edit and maintain axle factors. Axle Factors are used by the system to calculate the portable site adjusted raw count for each collected station. The factors entered here are applied automatically by the portable site import procedure and the Portable Site Raw Data Maintenance interface.
Filter
The Axle Factors table will appear blank when the user first enters the interface. To fill the table, the Year, County, and Station picklists can be filled.

| Year | This is a picklist of all years in the system with data; this field is required. |
| County | This is a picklist of all counties in the state, listed alphabetically. |
| Station | This is a picklist of all existing stations within the selected county. This field will only be enabled after a county value is selected. This field is required if a county is selected; the user may view all stations through the "All" option. |
Once at least the year is specified, the "Find" button can be selected to instigate the search based on the criteria. The table will then display relevant information to the user.
Edit
Only three table fields are editable on this interface: Summer Factor, Winter Factor, and Date Derived. These fields can be filled by clicking into the row and entering values through the available textboxes or calendar selects (Date Derived). To save the new data, the "Save Changes" button can be selected; the "Discard Changes" button can be selected to revert the fields to their last saved values. If a new value is saved, the "Date Last Updated" field will be automatically updated by the system to the current date.
