The Standard Reports interface allows the user to generate a predefined report. There are sixteen Standard Reports: Annual Vehicle Miles Traveled Report, Annual Average Daily Traffic Report, Director Reports, DVMT by County, DVMP by Urbanized Area, FHWA Monthly Report Data, FHWA Monthly Report Data (By Date Range), Growth Rate Report, Lane-Direction-Total Reports, Missing CCS Data Report, MADT Report, Monthly Percentage Change Report, Out of Tolerance Growth Rate Report, Percent Difference Report, Repair Status Report, and Weekend Factors Report (Portable Only). The sections below detail the steps for generating each Standard Report.
Annual Vehicle Miles Traveled Report
The Annual Vehicle Miles Traveled Report allows the user to view the total amount of miles driven per year for each road type (Interstate, Local, etc.). When the Annual Vehicle Miles Traveled Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, these fields will be on display:

| Start Year | This picklist hosts all years with TDM data in the system and specifies the start year. |
| End Year | This picklist hosts all years with TDM data in the system and specifies the end year. |
To generate this report, the user must select a Start Year, End Year, and output type. The available output types for this report are PDF and Excel. The user can also use the "Clear Criteria" button to revert the fields to their default values. The example below shows the results of this criteria in PDF format: 2022 Start Year, 2023 End Year. As shown, each line will list a different road type and will list mileage by Rural/Urban classification, with a total line to the far right.
Annual Average Daily Traffic Report
The Annual Average Daily Traffic Report tracks the daily traffic amount for the entire state, a specific county, or a singular station. When the Annual Average Daily Traffic Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

Select the location - Statewide, County, or Station
- Statewide: no additional selections
- County: must add counties to the "Currently Selected Counties" box.
- Station: must select a County and Station value in the picklists.

Select the year and optional end year - Year and End Year
- The Year picklist is required.
- The End Year is optional.

Select the station types - Permanent, Portable, and/or Control
- One or more of these checkboxes must be selected.

Select the output options - Sort By, Order, and Report
- Sort By: one of the radio buttons must be selected.
- Order: "Ascending" or "Descending" must be selected.
- Report: a subtitle can be entered if desired.
Once these steps are taken, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The "Clear Criteria" button can also be selected to revert the values to their default state.
The example below shows the results of this criteria in PDF format: Statewide, 2023 (Year), Permanent/Portable/Control Station Types, Sort by County/Station/Year ascending. The image below is only the first page of results. As shown, a "Statewide" report will be sorted by county alphabetically. For "Statewide" or "County" reports, routes will also be split into multiple lines to accommodate for the transition between stations.
Director Reports
The Director Report generates a table of the locations with the highest AADT values for the selected route type (Interstates, State Routes, US Routes, or Other Routes) with a specified number of lanes. When Director Reports is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

Select the year - Year
- The user must select the year for the data.

Select the report sub-type - Statewide and High Volume Reports
- The user must select the report sub-type to run.
- Statewide -- lists the top AADT values from the entire state, regardless of route type.
- High Volume for Interstates -- lists the top AADT values across all interstates.
- High Volume for Interstates by County -- lists the top AADT values for interstates in each county (if applicable).
- High Volume for State Routes -- lists the top AADT values across all state routes.
- High Volume for State Routes by County -- lists the top AADT values for state routes in each county (if applicable).
- High Volume for US Routes -- lists the top AADT values across all US routes.
- High Volume for US Routes by County -- lists the top AADT values for US routes in each county (if applicable).
- High Volume for Other Routes -- lists "high volume" AADT values for interstates, state routes, or US routes with a specified minimum AADT value.
- The user must select the report sub-type to run.

Select the top AADT amount - Top # Highest AADTs
- This is a required textbox that determines how many entries are included in the table or under each county.
- This textbox will change to read "Select the minimum AADT amount" if the High Volume for Other Routes option was selected in the former section.

Select the number of lanes - Number of Lanes
- This is a required textbox.

Select the AADT segment length - AADT Segment Length
- This is an optional picklist (>, <, =) and textbox (#) fields.
Once these steps are taken, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The "Clear Criteria" button can also be selected to revert the values to their default state.
The example below shows the results of this criteria in PDF format: 2023 (Year), Statewide (Sub-Type), Top 10 Highest AADTs, and 2 Lanes.
DVMT by County
The DVMT by County Report showcases the daily vehicle miles traveled (DVMT) for each functional class in each county for the selected year. When DVMT by County is selected from the "Select the Report" list, only one field will be on display: Year. After selecting a year, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The "Clear Criteria" button can also be selected to revert the "Year" picklist to its default state.

DVMT by Urbanized Area
The DVMT by Urbanized Area Report showcases the daily vehicle miles traveled (DVMT) for each functional class in each urbanized area for the selected year. When DVMT by Urbanized Area is selected from the "Select the Report" list, only one field will be on display: Year. After selecting a year, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The "Clear Criteria" button can also be selected to revert the "Year" picklist to its default state.

FHWA Monthly Report Data
The FHWA Monthly Report Data option is a "data dump" rather than a report, and it generates files containing raw Station, Volume, Class, and Speed data which is submitted every month to FHWA. When FHWA Monthly Report Data is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

Select the year and month value - Year and Month
- These fields are required.

Select the report option - Include blank hours of data and Include ramps
- These are optional checkboxes that include certain data.
Once these steps are taken, the Generate Files button creates a zip file containing four text files that are used to submit raw count data to FHWA in FHWA format. The "Clear Criteria" button can also be selected to revert the values to their default state.
The example below shows the results of this criteria in PDF format: January 2023. The image below is only a few lines of the resulting "Station" text file.
FHWA Monthly Report Data (By Date Range)
The FHWA Monthly Report Data (By Date Range) option is a "data dump" rather than a report, and it generates raw hourly count data for the CCS sites selected in FHWA formats for a specific date or date range. Volume, Class, and Speed files are created based on the type of data collected for the selected sites and dates. When FHWA Monthly Report Data (By Date Range) is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

Select the report date - Date or Date Range
- Date: must enter (textbox) or select (calendar select) a date in the textbox.
- Date Range: must enter (textbox) or select (calendar select) dates for the "From" and "To" fields.

Select the report option - Include blank hours of data and Include ramps

- The user must select one or more stations in the table or by using the "Select All" button.

Growth Rate Report
The Growth Rate Report calculates the positive or negative growth rate percentage that occurred for each station within the selected year range. When Growth Rate Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

- These are optional checkboxes/textboxes.

- Order: "Ascending" or "Descending" must be selected.

Once these steps are taken, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The "Clear Criteria" button can also be selected to revert the values to their default state.

Lane, Direction, Total Reports
The Lane, Direction, Total Reports convey volume or class data for a selected timeframe (Daily, Monthly, or Annual) and report type (Direction, Lane, or Total). The table below describes the setup of the report based on the timeframe.

For Monthly reports, each day of the month will be listed in the first column of the report, and each row will be broken down by hour (12 am - 11 pm) for Volume reports and class (ex. CL1) for Class reports.
There will also be a "Day Summary" table below each main table that specifies the Daily Total, Number of Days, and Daily averages for each day of the week (Sunday-Saturday, inc. an "All Days" total column). The Monthly Total report will also include an AM/PM Peak Hour and Totals table at the base of the report. |

When Lane, Direction, Total Reports is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to select a station type: Permanent, Portable, Control, Project, or Turning Movement. The available filters will be based on this selection.
- Permanent Station Type
- Select the station - The user must select a CCS number in the picklist.

Select the report sub-type - The user must select three radio buttons; some of these options may not be available depending on other selections.
- Daily, Monthly, or Annual: the user must select one of these radio buttons.
- Volume or Class: the user must select one of these radio buttons.
- Direction, Lane, or Total: the user must select one of these radio buttons.

Select the report date - The user must fill out this section; the fields here are dependent on the Daily, Monthly, Annual selection in the "Select the report sub-type" step.
- If the "Daily" sub-type is selected - Single Date or Custom Date
- Single Date: must enter (textbox) or select (calendar select) a date.
- Custom Date: must enter (textbox) or select (calendar select) a From and To date; the From Hour and To Hour picklists are optional.
- If the "Monthly" sub-type is selected - Year and Month
- Year: must select a year in the picklist.
- Month: must select a month in the table by selecting a row(s) or the "Select All" button.
- If the "Annual" sub-type is selected - Year
- Year: must select a year in the picklist
- If the "Daily" sub-type is selected - Single Date or Custom Date
- Portable Station Type
- Select the station - The user must select a county and station in the picklists.

- Daily: this is the only option here.
- Volume or Class: the user must select one of these radio buttons.
- Direction or Lane: the user must select one of these radio buttons.
- Select the report date - The user must select a date from the picklist.
- If Volume is selected in the "Select the report sub-type" section (second column), a fifth section will appear on this interface: Select the report option - The user can select the sole checkbox, "Apply Axle Factors", if desired.
- Control, Project, or Turning Movement Station Type
- Select the station - The user must select a county and station in the picklists.

Select the report sub-type - The user must select three radio buttons; some of these options may not be available depending on other selections.
- Daily, Monthly, or Annual: this is the only option here.
- Volume: the user must select one of these radio buttons.
- Direction, Lane, or Total: the user must select one of these radio buttons.

Select the report date - The user must fill out this section; the fields here are dependent on the Daily, Monthly, Annual selection in the "Select the report sub-type" step.
- Daily: The field will read "Select the report date" and will show dates in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
- Monthly: The field will read "Select the report month(s)" and will show dates in the MM/YYYY format.
- Annual: The field will read "Select the report year" and will show dates in the YYYY format.
Once the fields are filled in one of the above methods, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The "Clear Criteria" button can also be selected to revert the values to their default state.
The example below shows the results of this criteria in PDF format: Permanent, CCS 13, Daily/Volume/Direction (Sub-Type), 02/01/2024 (Single Date).
Missing CCS Data Report
The Missing CCS Data Report lists all CCS sites that are missing data for one or more hours on individual dates within the user specified year. When Missing CCS Data Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

- County: must add counties to the "Currently Selected Counties" box.
- CCS: must select a CCS number from the picklist.

Select the date - Year, Month, or From/To Date

MADT Report
The Monthly Average Daily Traffic (MADT) Report generates the Average Daily Traffic for each month within the selected year for one or more Permanent or Control stations. When MADT Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

- From/To Years: must select years in both picklists.

Monthly Percentage Change Report
The Monthly Percentage Change Report displays the average daily volume count for each station in the month and year selected by the user as well as for the same month in the prior two years. When Monthly Percentage Change Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

| Average Day of Month | This is the volume count on an average day in the selected month for the selected year and the two prior years. In the example below, the selected month is May, and the selected year is 2024. |
| Percent Change |
This is the percentage change for the prior two years. The percentage indicates how much the traffic volume has increased (positive number) or decreased (negative number) in the selected year. In the example below, traffic has increased 5.60% since 2022 and increased 2.87% since 2023. |
| Number of Days | Lists the number of days the station recorded traffic volume. |
| 2024 Weekday | This is the highest recorded volume for the station during the week along with the actual volume. |
| 2024 Weekend | This is the highest recorded volume for the station during the weekend along with the actual volume. |
Out of Tolerance Growth Rate Report
The Out of Tolerance Growth Rate report displays the calculated growth rate of traffic stations where the growth rate percentage change in AADT between the selected year and the year prior is above the allowable rate as defined in the system configuration. When Out of Tolerance Growth Rate Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

Percent Difference Report
The Percent Difference report shows the change in Raw Adjusted AADT between the year selected as the From Year and the year selected as the To Year for all active sites found in the selected counties or statewide. When Percent Difference Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

Repair Status Report
The Repair Status Report provides a history of all repairs for each traffic site within the selected location (Statewide/County) and date range. Only traffic sites that have undergone repairs will be listed in the report. When Repair Status Report is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

Select the location - Statewide or County
- Statewide: no additional selections
- County: must add counties to the "Currently Selected Counties" box.

Select the date range - Start/End Date
- Must enter (textbox) or select (calendar select) dates for the "Start" and "End" fields.

Select repair status (optional) - Equal To/Not Equal To and Repair Status
- The user can select "Equal To" or "Not Equal To" in the first picklist.
- The user can select a Repair Status in the second picklist.

Select the number of days since inspection requested (optional) - Symbol and Number
- The user can select a symbol (<, >, =) in the picklist.
- The user can enter a number in the textbox.
Once these steps are taken, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The user can also map the results through the "Map" button. The "Clear Criteria" button can also be selected to revert the values to their default state.

Weekend Factors Report (Portable Only)
The Weekend Factors Report (Portable Only) provides a list of weekend factors, traffic volume, and truck factors as well as the calculated K and Directional factors for each site in the selected locations. When Weekend Factors Report (Portable Only) is selected from the "Select the Report" list, the user will be able to follow the listed steps.

Select the location - Route or Station
- County: must select a County, Route Type, and Route Number in the picklists.
- Station: must select a County and Station value in the picklists.

Select the start year to report data - Year
- The user must a year value as the "Start Year" for the data.
