The Schedules tab has a dedicated section that allows users to generate reports. There are three interfaces in this section: Station List, Voided Stations, and Out of Tolerance.
Station List
As indicated by the name, the Station List reporting option displays a list of stations that fit the entered criteria. While only the "Year" field is required, the user can further define the report through these filters:
| Filter | Description |
| Counter Type | A picklist which allows the user to choose from these counter types: Portable, Permanent, Control, Virtual, Turning Movement, and Per Vehicle Records. |
| County | A picklist which allows the user to narrow their search to a specific county. |
| Route Type | A picklist which allows the user to narrow their search to a specific route type: IN, AL, NC, RP, or IV. |
| Functional Class | A picklist which allows the user to narrow their search to a specific functional class. |
| Employee | A list which allows the user to narrow their search to a specific employee. Multiple options can be selected here. |
| Include Inactive Stations | A checkbox which allows the user to include inactive stations in the results. |
Once these steps are taken, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The user can also map the report ("Map" button) and email the report ("Email" button) through the available button controls. If the "Email" button is selected, a pop-up will appear that allows the user to define the recipient, subject, and message to be sent alongside the report.
The "Clear Criteria" button can be selected to revert the values to their default state.
Voided Stations
As indicated by the name, the Voided Stations reporting option displays all voided stations that fit the entered criteria. The user can define the report through these filters:
| Filter | Description |
| Year | The "Year" picklist allows the user to determine which dataset is reported on; required. |
| Radio Buttons |
The radio buttons allow the user to specify which voided stations are being reported on. A radio button selection is required; there are three options:
|
| Checkboxes | The checkboxes allow the user to include and exclude certain stations. There are two optional checkboxes: Exclude those not collected by DOT and Include Archived Voided Stations. |
Once at least the year and a stations radio button are selected, the user can view the report by selecting "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." The user can also map the report ("Map" button) and email the report ("Email" button) through the available button controls. If the "Email" button is selected, a pop-up will appear that allows the user to define the recipient, subject, and message to be sent alongside the report.
The "Clear Criteria" button can be selected to revert the values to their default state.
Out of Tolerance
To define the "Out of Tolerance" report, the user can utilize these filters:
| Filter | Description |
| Year | The "Year" picklist allows the user to determine which dataset is reported on; required. |
| Radio Buttons |
The radio buttons allow the user to specify which "Out of Tolerance" stations are being reported on. A radio button selection is required; there are three options:
|
| Checkboxes | The checkboxes allow the user to include and exclude certain stations. There are two optional checkboxes: Exclude those not collected by DOT and Include Inactive Stations. |
