Versions

This is a tool that is located on the Maintenance section of the System Administration tab.

Function

The Versions interface () is used to manage temporary versions and file locks obtained by Inventory Manager.

This interface hosts three controls.

Control	Used To...
Versions Table	Display a list of temporary versions that have not been posted.
Locks Table	Feature class locks that are currently held by the temporary versions.
Delete Selected Versions Button	Delete versions checked in the Versions list and release associated locks.

To delete a version, the user can follow these easy steps:

Navigate to the Versions table. This is the first table on the Versions interface.
Select the versions to delete by clicking the checkbox beside the desired row.
Click the Delete Selected Versions Button to delete only those versions which are checked.
