Function
The Mobile Application has a static control called the Menu Bar which takes the user out of the functionality of the application in order to work with some general controls. The Menu Bar is circled on the image below; the user can simply click this bar to open the menu.
Look
By selecting the Menu Bar, the user is able to still see the last selected mobile application screen but in a smaller window. The image below shows an example of what the screen would look like if the user was on the home page of the Inventory Mobile application and clicked the menu bar.
Controls
There are five relevant controls associated with the Menu Bar:
| Control | Used To... |
| Menu Bar | Open the menu with the other controls listed (Refresh, Screenshot Mode, Details, and Exit); can be dragged to move its location on the screen. |
| Refresh | Refresh and update the application screen in case of added data in the Work Packages made in the Office Inventory application. |
| Screenshot Mode | Remove the menu bar to provide an unobstructed view of the application; allows screenshots to be full and without visual interruptions. |
| Details | Show the details of the application itself, such as its created date, updated date, size, and sharing type. |
| Exit | Exit out of the application back to the main screen. |
