To transfer data from a station to a different route/station, the user can select the Transfer icon (). This icon is the third tool on the Stations tab. Once selected, this interface will appear on the user's screen:

Search Criteria

To transfer data, the user must first select criteria in the Year, Select From Station, and Select To Route fields. All fields must be filled in order to search on this interface.

Section	Description
Year	The user can select a year value here to specify the data to be displayed.
Select From Station	The user can select a station based on its related County, Station #, Route, and Segment. Once a County value is selected, the other fields will be automatically filled. The Station # will default to the first value in the picklist but can be changed if desired. The "Include Inactive" checkbox is another optional filter for the data.
Select To Route	The fields here can be filled manually (picklists) or actively (icon/map). If filling manually, the user can select values from the picklists. If filling actively, the user can click the icon, then a route on the map to fill the fields.

The "Find" button triggers the search after all fields have valid values.

Transfer

The table results show all stations with the same County and Route # selected in the "Select To Route" search criteria section. For example, if the user selects Autauga and AL 3 in the search criteria, all results in the table will have the same values for those columns. This table now acts as a reference to the user in their transferring efforts.

To transfer data, the user can look at the sections below the table. 

The original location-- or Old Location-- will be listed in the box on the left. To its immediate right, the user can enter a valid Station #, CCS # (if applicable), From Measure, To Measure, Counter Location, and Counter Type for the New Location. As with the "Select To Route" fields, the user can utilize the icon to fill the From Measure, To Measure, and Counter Location fields by selecting locations on the map.

Once the "New Location" box's fields have valid values, the user can click "Save Changes" to transfer the data.
