This is a tool that is located on the Packages section of the Data Collection tab.
Function
The Upload Work Package interface () is used to review the created work package, set the Crew Leader and Target Completion Date, and upload the package for use in the mobile application.
Controls
There are some controls offered in this interface.

| "Select Package to Upload" Table | View the created packages, their creation date, and their upload status and click a package row to view its segments and events in the other tables. |
| "Segments Included in Package" Table | View the segments in the selected work package. |
| "Events Included in Package" Table | View the events in the selected work package. |
| Crew Leader Dropdown | Choose a crew leader for the work package from the users stored in Inventory Manager. |
| Target Completion Date Textbox/Calendar Select | Select an intended due date for gathering data; can click a date on the calendar pop-up or manually type the date in the textbox. |
| Upload Package Button | Upload the work package in order to view it in the mobile application. |
| Save Changes Button | Save the changes made to the interface. |
| Discard Changes Button | Discard the changes made to the interface. |
Upload a Package
To upload a work package, follow these steps:
- Find the work package in the Select Package to Upload Table.
- Click the row containing the desired package.
- Add a Crew Leader by finding the appropriate name in the picklist.
- Add a Target Completion Date by typing in the textbox or selecting from the calendar pop-up.
- Click the Save Changes button.
- Click the Upload Package button to make the work package available in the mobile application.
