This is a tool that is located on the Manage Data section of the Data Collection tab.
Function
The Review & Publish interface () is used to review, approve, and publish work package information.
Controls
There are some controls offered on this interface which help the user to push the work package through the review process.
| Control | Used To... |
| "Select Package to Review Segments" Table | View and select a work package; a selection here will show additional details about the package and its status in the "Segments for" Table. |
| Show only Ready for Review Work Packages Checkbox | Filter the table to show only the packages which are ready for the review process. |
| "Segments for" Table | Show the segments, status, status date, and actions available for the items in the package. The two available actions are Review and Publish. |
| Review Link | Open the Review Segment Data interface. |
| Review Segment Data Interface | Review the work package data before publishing; mirrors the mobile application by categorizing the data as right, left, center, and point. |
| Publish Link | Publish the collected data for a segment in the work package. |
Statuses
The "Select Package to Review Segments" Table lists the available statuses for Work Package segments as column headers. These statuses are:
- Not Started -- Indicates that a user has done no actions on a segment.
- Downloaded -- Indicates that a segment has been downloaded, but no further actions have been performed.
- Ready for Review -- Indicates that data has been collected for a segment and is ready to be reviewed.
- Accepted -- Indicates that a segment has been reviewed and that its data has been accepted.
- Published -- Indicates that a segment's data has been published.
Review & Publish
In order to review work package information, the user must follow these steps:
- Click on a row in the "Select Package to Review Segments" Table.
- Click the Review link in the Action column on the "Segments for" Table.
- Correct and accept the data in the Review Segment Data Interface.
After the above steps are taken, the Publish link will be selectable in the Action column.
