The Data Collection tab is used to create, edit, upload, manage, and publish work packages. There are two sections on this tab: Packages and Manage Data.
Icons
Each icon on the tab leads to an interface. These interfaces and their specific roles are listed below by section.
Packages
The following tools are provided under the Package group:
-- Create Work Package: Opens the interface which is used to create a work package with new data.
-- Edit Work Package: Opens the interface which is used to add missing information and change previous selections.
-- Upload Work Package: Opens the interface which is used to review the created work package, set the Crew Leader and Target Completion Date, and upload the package for use in the mobile application.
-- Manage Work Package: Opens the interface which is used to view all created work packages and delete them, reupload them, or change their status.
Manage Data
The following tools are provided under the Manage Data group:
-- Review & Publish: Opens the interface which is used to review, approve, and publish work package information.
