The Data Editing Interface can be opened through the links in the Results Summary or Sample Errors tabs in the Import interface on the System Administration ribbon.
Opening the Interface
If the user clicks one of the Sample IDs in the Results Summary or Sample Errors tabs, the table will display all records from the raw samples data for the selected Sample ID, and the user will be able to edit all attributes found. If the user opens this interface by clicking on an event found in the Results Summary tab, the table will display all records for all Sample IDs that failed to import the selected event. In this case, the user will only be allowed to edit the attribute corresponding to the selected event.
Function
The Data Editing interface allows the user to edit attributes and route information of a Sample ID. Once the user has finished editing the data, the data can be imported into the R&H Events.
Controls
These controls will be available on the interface:

| Columns | Edit the Sample Sections, Route ID, From Measure, and To Measure columns, plus any events that appear in the table, by clicking on the desired cell. |
| Row Checkboxes | Check the checkbox to select a row for deletion. |
| Import Checkboxes | Import HPMS data items by clicking on the checkboxes in the Import column and clicking the Try Import Again Button. |
| Select All Link | Import HPMS data items by clicking the Select All link and clicking the Try Import Again Button. |
| Add New Link | Add a new row to the table. |
| Try Import Again Button | Import the edited sample data into the specified events. |
| Save Changes Button | Save changes that have been made to the Data Edit table. |
| Discard Changes Button | Discard changes that have been made to the Data Edit table. |
