Upon opening the application, the user will be able to view the Legend beside the Map Frame. This tool can be hidden and reopened using the caret attached to the Legend's upper right corner.

Function

The Legend allows additional layering to be placed on top of the map display. There is no limit to the number of layering options you can place on top of each other; just be aware that excessive layering may make reading the map harder for users. The Legend will display the current features and the queries that are available to be controlled within the map. The user can opt to uncheck a layer at any point in their viewing and editing process.

Unavailable Legend Items

There are some Legend items that will appear unavailable at the zoomed out, statewide view. However, these items will become available slowly as the user zooms farther into the state.
