The Validation icon () opens the Portable Validation interface.
Filters
The top portion of the interface is dedicated to filtering the table. The first filter, "Year", is required.

| Year | Picklist; only 1 year of data can be displayed in this interface. |
The remaining filters are all optional. While they are useful in producing a more specified search set, the user can opt to selecting "Find" with no further filter selections. If filters are desired, there are some textboxes, picklists, and checkboxes offered here:

Once the desired filters are filled, the "Find" button can be used to instigate the search based on the entered criteria. The "Reset Filters" button will revert all fields to their original, blank state.
Controls
There are also some controls offered on the interface as well:

| Map | This link is used to map the portable site on the Map Frame. |
| Select All | This link is used to select all "Annual Growth Override" boxes on the table; this is only available for the current year. |
| Next/Previous 500 | This link is used to see the next or previous set of 500 rows on the table. |
If any changes are made, the "Save Changes" button can be selected. If the user wishes to discard the changes made, the "Discard Changes" button can be selected.
