The Center Tab hosts controls which allow users to collect data for segments in a work package. Specifically, this tab allows users to input data on road elements which fall in the middle, or center, of a road segment. 

Setup

The Center Tab spans across the user's screen. By default, the tab will display the relevant event controls at the top of the screen followed by a table. The event controls can be hidden by selecting the button; this will change the layout of the tab to show only the table. The images below show the default and table-only layouts. The button that changes the layout is displayed in a red box in these images.
