The Edit/Delete Projects interface allows the user to search for multiple projects and batch edit or delete them. When the user first enters this interface, they will see this screen:
Filter
To display data on the interface, the user can utilize the Quick Search fields-- Select Year, County, and Description. The "Select Year" picklist is required while the "County" and "Description" picklists are optional. Once at least the year is specified, the "Find" button can be selected to show the related results on the table.
Table
The table has three editable columns: Description, Add TM, and Edit TM. To edit the Description column, the user can click into the field and type in a new value. Once this value is edited, the "Save Changes" button will become available to allow the new description to be saved. The other editable fields will have links which lead to pop-ups.
The "Add" link under the Add TM column allows more Turning Movements to be made. This link leads to the "Add Turning Movements" interface; the user can follow the steps in the Add TM Project article to fill out this pop-up. Any data added through this link will correlate to the selected Description.
The "Edit" link under the Edit TM column allows the user to view the full details of the listed TM project and edit its data. This link leads to the "Turning Movement Edit/Delete" interface; the user can use the Edit/Delete Turning Movement article to understand this interface.
Delete Project
The user can delete projects from the main interface by selecting one or more checkboxes on the table, then the "Delete Selected" link.
