To add a Turning Movement to a Turning Movement Project, the user can enter the "Add TM" interface. Once this icon is clicked (), the user can enter location information for the new TM.
On this interface, the information can be added manually (textboxes/picklists) or actively (icons/map). If the icons are used, the user will be able to click on an area on the map, and the system will fill the fields with the related data. A map selection using the Route icon will fill the County, Route #, and Direction fields. The Location icon simply fills the Location field. For either information-entering method (manual/active), the user can click the "Save Changes" button once the fields are satisfactorily filled.
This interface also has a "Link Documents" tool which can be used to associate the new TM with certain files. If the link is selected, a Document pop-up will appear that supports the viewing, adding, and deleting of documents. If the user wishes to view the currently stored documents, they can navigate to the table which lists the File, Description, Updated By, and Updated On information for each row. The "Add Document" link on this pop-up allows more documents to be associated to the project; when selected, the user can enter a description and choose a document from their File Explorer. The user can delete a document by selecting the checkbox on its table row, then the "Delete Selected" link.
