The Last Date of Data interface allows users to view the collection status for each year and enter the last date of data. When the Last Date of Data icon is selected (), this interface will appear:
This interface has three controls:
| Control | Description |
| Last Date of Data | The user can enter (textbox) or select (calendar select) a date value for this column. |
| Save Changes | The user can save all changes to the "Last Date of Data" column. |
| Discard Changes | The user can discard all changes made to the "Last Date of Data" column since the last save. |
