The Year End Traffic Calculations interface allows the user to perform certain traffic calculations and update year-related information. When the Year End Traffic Processing icon is selected (), this interface appears:
To edit this interface or run any reports, the user must first select the intended year in the "Select Year" picklist. Then, they can edit and run any of the following (if available):
| Control | Description |
| Status | This picklist allows the user to edit the status of the data for the selected year. There are three options: Closed, Collecting, and Finalizing Year-End Data. |
| Refresh Factor Groups | This button will refresh the factor groups; a pop-up message will require the user to confirm this choice. This tool is applicable for all statuses. |
| Calculate AADTs | This button will calculate AADTs for the selected year. This tool is only applicable for years with a status of Finalizing Year-End Data. |
| AADT Validation | This button validates AADT values. This tool is only applicable for years with a status of Finalizing Year-End Data. |
| Create New Collection Year | This button allows the user to make a new collection year; this will only be made available if a new collection year is currently allowed to be created. |
| Invalid Factor Group Report | This button allows the user to generate the "Invalid Factor Group" report in PDF format. This tool is applicable for all statuses. |
| Active Year for Editing | This picklist allows the user to identify the "active" year for editing. |
| Published Year for Viewing | This picklist allows the user to set the latest Published Year for viewing. |
| View Year-End AADTs | This button allows the user to open the AADT Validations interface to view year-end AADTs. This tool is only displayed and applicable for years with a status of Closed. |
| Lock Importing and Editing of Raw Data | This checkbox allows the user to lock any additions from being made to the raw data. This tool is only displayed and applicable for years with a status of Finalizing Year-End Data. |
