The CCS Site Descriptions allows the user to view and maintain descriptions specific to permanent sites.
All data shown on the lower half of the interface will be determined by the chosen year ("Select Year" picklist) and CCS entry (table). The displayed data will also be affected by the "Include Inactive Stations" checkbox, if they choose to use it.
To edit a permanent site's data, the user can click into a field and select or type a new value. Some fields will not be editable on this interface (ex. Posted Route Signing). After making changes, the user must select "Save Changes" to implement them for the permanent site. If the user wishes to revert the changed fields to their original values, the user can select "Discard Changes" instead.
